Holiday in the Park returns to Six Flags Over Texas on select dates through December 31. Highlighting this year is a reimagined Christmas at the Southern Palace show, along with Krampus' House of Horrors haunted house and tons of new specialty food offerings. Our final visit to Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas takes place the week before Christmas. Though the park has more decorations since our previous visit, we run into issues with Holiday Market offerings closing early and the midday cancellation of shows.

Our first visit to Holiday in the Park 2022 at Six Flags Over Texas takes on some interesting turns with not-so-great theme park weather. However, we are able to experience a handful of the event's entertainment offerings, holiday overlays and park-wide Christmas light displays. Holiday in the Park takes place now through January 2.

Six Flags Over Texas debuts their all-new Holiday Market feature during Holiday in the Park. Taking place now through December 23, the area features several food and gift vendors, specialty food items, fire pits, holiday merchandise, visits with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, festive decor and more.

We are less than a week out from the beginning of Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas. Six Flags also hosted their Veterans Weekend event, which gave veterans and active military personnel free admission, along with several other perks.
