At 309 feet tall with a 285-foot first drop, the new coaster becomes the tallest of its kind (and the tallest coaster in Texas). Tormenta Rampaging Run is also be the fastest dive coaster in the world, reaching top speeds of 87 miles per hour. Two of the coaster’s inversions, its Immelmann and vertical loop, are the tallest in their respective categories. Tormenta Rampaging Run’s 4,199 feet of track also makes it the longest dive coaster in the world.
