Bubba's Hot Dogs, located near New Texas Giant, is an outdoor restaurant that provides an outdoor covered seating area with air conditioning. The restaurant’s menu has a number of dining pass options.

In the 1960s, the side of Bubba's served as the Depot Cafe and provided quick beverage service. In 1973, the location became the Iron Horse Snackshop. In 1980, the location became the Jimmy Dean Cafe. 1983 saw the introduction of Fletcher’s Corny Dogs, a popular brand at the Texas State Fair. In 1985, Fletcher’s Corny Dogs became the original Texas location for Newman’s Corn Dog Cafe before transforming into a funnel cake shop in 1986. With the addition of Texas Giant in 1990, the funnel cake shop would become current-day Bubba’s Hot Dogs.
